Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

AgroGene Solutions offers diagnostic and health analysis services for bees, as well as scientific tools for beekeepers. The descriptions of our services are provided as accurately as possible.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

  • Your data is used solely for order tracking and service improvement.

  • We do not share any information with third parties without your consent.

  • Information generated by AgroGene Solutions remains confidential. The name, address, and personal details of customers will not be shared.

  • Data collected regarding hive health may be shared with third parties, including beekeeping inspectors, but will be shared anonymously.

  • This data will be used to monitor epidemic and pandemic trends but will not be directly linked to a specific beekeeper.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website.

  • Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding applicable taxes, which will be added to the shopping cart based on the user's geographic location.

  • Payments are secure and can be made via debit or credit card.

  • An order confirmation will be sent to you by email.

6. ACCOUNT AND ACCOUNT USAGE

Using the Website may require the creation of a user account ("Account"):

a) You are solely responsible for your Account, including its management, confidentiality, and security, as well as all associated passwords. You are also responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, including those performed by anyone who accessed it with or without your permission.

b) You agree to notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your Account, any service linked to your Account, or any security breach, including the disclosure or theft of your password. You also agree to assist us, upon request, in addressing any security vulnerabilities related to your Account.

c) You commit to providing accurate, current, and complete information when requested and to promptly notify us of any changes so that we can maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database.

7. SERVICE DELIVERY AND WARRANTY

  • Diagnostic results are delivered within 72 business hours after receipt of the samples.

  • In case of delays or technical issues, we commit to informing the client as soon as possible.

  • AgroGene Solutions cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services or any other event beyond our control.

  • If samples are lost in transit, a new sample will be sent.

8. REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds will be granted once the sample processing has begun.

  • If an error is detected on our part, we commit to redoing the analysis, offering a credit, or providing a replacement product. Any request must be made within 14 days following the receipt of the service.

  •  AgroGene Solutions is not required to offer a refund, exchange, or return if the client simply changes their mind. However, if a product or service does not meet the client’s reasonable expectations, they may contact our customer service to explore possible solutions.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be justified. For any claim, please contact us at Info@agrogenesolutions.com.

 

9. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE SITE

You agree not to use this website in a fraudulent, illegal, or abusive manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • The distribution of defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content.

  • Any attempt to hack or disrupt the proper functioning of the site.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AgroGene Solutions cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its website or services.

  • In the event of a technical error, we commit to providing support and corrective services.

  • These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (GTCUS) are governed by the laws of the province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Moncton.
