AgroGene Solutions offers diagnostic and health analysis services for bees, as well as scientific tools for beekeepers. The descriptions of our services are provided as accurately as possible.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding applicable taxes, which will be added to the shopping cart based on the user's geographic location.

6. ACCOUNT AND ACCOUNT USAGE

7. SERVICE DELIVERY AND WARRANTY

Diagnostic results are delivered within 72 business hours after receipt of the samples.

In case of delays or technical issues, we commit to informing the client as soon as possible.

AgroGene Solutions cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services or any other event beyond our control.

If samples are lost in transit, a new sample will be sent.
8. REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be granted once the sample processing has begun.

If an error is detected on our part, we commit to redoing the analysis, offering a credit, or providing a replacement product. Any request must be made within 14 days following the receipt of the service.

AgroGene Solutions is not required to offer a refund, exchange, or return if the client simply changes their mind. However, if a product or service does not meet the client’s reasonable expectations, they may contact our customer service to explore possible solutions.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE SITE
